# List all consent groups

GET https://api.brevo.com/v3/contacts/consent-groups

Returns a paginated list of consent groups for the account.This endpoint is only available when the Consent Groups feature is enabled for your account. Returns `403` if the feature is not activated.

## Authentication

- `api-key` header (required) — The API key should be passed in the request headers as `api-key` for authentication.

## Request

### Query parameters

- `limit` (long, optional, default: 10) — Maximum number of results to return (default 10, max 50)
- `offset` (long, optional, default: 0) — Number of results to skip (default 0)
- `id` (long, optional) — Filter by consent group ID
- `name` (string, optional) — Filter by name (case-insensitive partial match)
- `signupMode` (enum, optional) — Filter by signup mode
  - Allowed values: `manual`, `automatic`

Paginated list of consent groups

- `consentGroups` (list of object, required) — List of consent groups matching the filter
  - `id` (long, required) — Unique identifier for the consent group
  - `name` (string, required) — Display name of the consent group
  - `signupMode` (enum, required) — Controls how contacts are added to the group. `manual` — contacts are added explicitly via the API. `automatic` — contacts are added automatically at signup.
    - Allowed values: `manual`, `automatic`
  - `contactsCount` (long, required) — Number of contacts currently in this consent group
  - `isDefault` (boolean, required) — Whether this is a system-created default consent group
  - `createdAt` (datetime, required) — UTC date-time when the consent group was created (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.SSSZ)
  - `updatedAt` (datetime, required) — UTC date-time when the consent group was last updated (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.SSSZ)
  - `description` (string, optional) — Optional description of the consent group
- `total` (long, required) — Total number of consent groups matching the filter
- `limit` (long, required) — Maximum number of results returned
- `offset` (long, required) — Number of results skipped

## Errors

### 400 Bad Request Error

Bad request. Possible error codes: `INVALID_ID` (invalid id filter value), `INVALID_SIGNUP_MODE` (invalid signupMode value).

- `code` (string, optional) — Error code displayed in case of a failure

### 403 Forbidden Error

Consent Groups feature not enabled for this account. Error code: `CONSENT_GROUP_NOT_ENABLED`.
