New API endpoints introduced to manage blocked domains

Three new api endpoints have been introduced to manage blocked domains:

1. Add a domain to the list of blocked domains
2. Delete a domain from the list of blocked domains
3. Get the list of blocked domains

By adding a blocked domain in the transactional platform you ensure in the future any of your messages will not be sent to recipients under that address.
