Creation of Templates using v1 Templating Language.
Disallow creation of SMTP Template or Email Campaign with Old Template Language using APIv3
Reason: To deprecate the usage of Old Templating Language (i.e. Version 1)
Changes Done: Stopped the creation and duplication of SMTP Template and Email Campaign having Old Template Language (i.e. Version 1)

Updation of both SMTP Template and Email Campaigns would continue to work as before until further announced
