The invited user management system lets you invite, onboard, and manage users in your Brevo account. Invited users get configurable permissions and access levels that determine what they can do with the account.

Requirements

You need an API key to access the user management API endpoints in the API reference. See the guide for retrieving an API key from your user account.

Adding a user

For full details, see the help centre article.

Open the profile menu in the top-right and navigate to Users.

  • Click Add a user.
  • Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.
  • Click Confirm user information.
  • Choose the permission level for the user:
    • All access
      • Full access to the general and sales platforms, plus the features in your plan.
      • Excludes profile, plan selection, billing, and payment information.
    • Custom access
      • Access to selected features across the general and sales platforms, plus the features in your plan.
      • Excludes profile, plan selection, billing, and payment information.
